Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policies

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use.  When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 48 hours notice.   Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment or no-show will result in a charge equal to 100% of scheduled services, payment is required before scheduling next appointment.

If you're unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the salon at 508.759.7660 and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a phone call and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.

Payments

Cash, Checks, Zelle, and Venmo are all accepted methods of payment.

Guest Safety

To ensure the safety of all of our guests/staff, and allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted in the salon.

Children

Charizma Hair Salon provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is not a safe or suitable environment for children. Clients must make childcare arrangements prior to visiting for their appointments. Clients who arrive with children will be required to rescheduled as there are no exceptions to this policy.

Mobile Devices

At Charizma Hair Salon, we require the full attention of our guests in the salon treatment areas to assure your safety, ensure favorable service outcomes, support employee productivity, and maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests. All mobile devices must be silenced and stored. This policy allows guests to use their mobile devices, but only in non-service areas.

Product Refunds

Client safety and product integrity matters to us, therefore, product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis.  Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted within 10 days of purchase.  Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.

No Service Refunds

To ensure you receive a favorable outcome, our professionals perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. Services that take multiple visits are not excluded from this policy. When making an appointment at Charizma Hair Salon you fully agree to pay for any and all services. Any and all adjustments should be discussed with Nantz within 7 business days to formulate a plan. There are no refunds of services for any reason.

Right to Refuse Service

For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Charizma Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary.  More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and leave happy with the work we do.  Please trust the judgement of our trained professionals.

Scope of Practice Notice

In Massachusetts, state law prohibits salon professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with hair/skin/nail abnormalities of any kind.  Should your professional determine that you are inelligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician.  When your condition has been resolved, you're more than welcome to return.

Lost or Stolen Items

Charizma Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or any items left behind.
